Well, saw some land in Secret Harbour around Oct,2010 that seemes good value, didn't settle on it until after christmas 20009. Done the pre-start, arranged the finance with Domain Homes...an offfshoot of Plunkett. We liked the display/salesmanat lakelands..W/A

Wanted established but expensive and tired houses needing refurnb anyway, so built!
